The minimum number of enrolled students needed to run the programme is 15 persons.

The pre-requisite for admission is knowledge of the English language in a degree that allows studying in English min. B2 level according to CEFR .

Participation in studies in English requires a tuition fee to be defined for each academic year by the Regulation of the AWFiS Rector.

A. INFORMATION ABOUT THE FIELD

College graduates from the first-cycle (undergraduate)programme  can apply for enrolment at the second-cycle (graduate) programme.

B. PROFESSIONAL TITLE AND THE SCOPE OF THE GRADUATES’ QUALIFICATIONS

Graduates from the second-cycle studies obtain the professional title of “magister” (Master of Arts) in the field of sport. The workplace can be sports clubs, social organizations of physical culture and sports associations, state and local government institutions responsible for sport.

C. DETAILED RULES AND MODE OF THE ENROLMENT PROCEDUDE

1. The enrolment procedure includes:

- assessment of the health status,
- contest of the average grade obtained during first-cycle studies.

2. As a result of the enrolment procedure, a candidate may obtain a maximum of:

20 pts. for the contest of the average grade obtained during first-cycle studies.

Assessment of the health status
Assessment of the health status of candidates for studies is made on the basis of the submitted medical certificate in accordance with the regulation of the Minister of Health of 11 August 2010 (DZ.U. 155, pos. 1045), stating that there is no impediment to enrol at the study at Gdansk University of Physical Education and Sport in the field indicated by the candidate. Referrals are available for download at the website or are issued by the Enrolment Office. The University does not cover or reimburse the costs of medical examination. No points are granted for the assessment of the health status.

Contest of the average grade obtained during first-cycle studies.
In the contest of the average grade obtained during first-cycle studies points are granted for the average according to the following rules announced for the field of sport conducted in Polish.
